The Relationship between discharging toxins from internal organs and seasons

spring

Spring is the season for discharging toxins that have accumulated in the liver. Wheat (foods that contain whole wheat) helps to expel toxins during this season.

summer

Summer is the season for discharging toxins that have accumulated in the heart. Sweating in the summer aides in the elimination of toxic wastes that have accumulated in our bodies. For this reason, it is recommended not to use air conditioners during the summer months. Taking barley tea or noodles made from barley during this season helps. However, alcohol is not good even though it is made from barley. Even though summer vegetables help release heat, raw vegetable and fruits make your body cold. Adding soy sauce reduces the negative effect of raw vegetables and fruits. Even though sodium reduces the poison of raw vegetables and fruits, sodium raises your blood pressure. Amino acids reduce the negative effect of sodium. Soy sauce contains both sodium and amino acids.

fall

Fall is the season for discharging toxins that have accumulated in the lungs. This is a time for many foods to be harvested and for many foods to be abundant. Be careful not to over-indulge during the fall. Eating rice (brown rice is recommended) is especially good during this season.

winter

Winter is the season for discharging toxins that have accumulated in the kidney. It is good to eat beans. It is also good to eat tofu everyday during this season to prepare for the pollen allergies of spring.

doyo

Doyo refers to the last two weeks of each season. We should give a rest to the digestive organs during Doyo and try not to eat too much.
