Foot Soaking
foot soaking

Soaking your feet also helps discharge toxins from your body. Feet-soaking is good to do if you don’t have time or access to a bath tub for half-bathing.
Soak your feet in a bucket of warm water for more than 30 minutes. Wear light clothing on the upper half of your body. When the water cools down, add more hot water. Try to bathe your feet for about 40~60 minutes every day. Reading books or watching TV will add to the relaxation and help establish a routine. When you are finished, wipe your feet dry and resume wearing socks.(See Clothing in details about socks). We do not recommend using electrical heating appliances for the bucket because those appliances warm only the surface of your feet.
