Clothing

Our skin breathes and discharges poisonous wastes through the process of sweating. When you choose your clothing, it is important to consider what it is made of. Natural materials like silk and cotton help your skin breathe and actively discharge poisonous waste. Unfortunately, synthetic materials such as nylon are used in many products such as socks, and underwear. It is very important to carefully consider the nature of the materials that come into contact with your skin.

In order to keep temperature even throughout the body, the clothing on the upper half of your body should be thin and the clothing on the lower half of your body should be thick. The most important part of your clothing is what you wear on your feet because the points of your internal organs are gathered in your feet. Therefore, along with increasing blood circulation by wearing socks and keeping your feet warm, poisonous waste will be pushed out. Therefore, those socks receiving the poisonous waste must have good absorption. Five-toe socks absorb the poisonous waste from your toes, and silk has the best absorption. Through layering silk and cotton socks the absorption will be increased. You should wear at least four pairs of socks, layered one over the other, in the following manner. The first layer of socks should be silk and designed with five-toes for absorption. The second layer should be cotton, also designed with five-toes for absorption. The third layer should be silk and the fourth, cotton- both of a style without toes. The last pair of socks should be cotton or wool. Socks, which contain less than 20% nylon, can also be used for the last layer if you wear more than four pair of socks.

If you follow Dr. Shindo’s prescribed method of dressing on a regular basis, your poisonous waste will discharge from your body, and you will have smooth blood flow and an active metabolism. It is important to wear this kind of attire at all times, especially while you are sleeping. While sleeping, more waste matter is discharged from your body; therefore, it is very important to wear more socks. It’s also important to practice this method during the summertime because the sun is stronger than during other seasons, and your upper body gets warmer. The warmer your upper body gets, the colder your feet will get.

Relationship between the points of internal organs and feet.

There is a direct relationship between the illness of your internal organs and holes in your socks. (The poisonous matter from feet melt silk socks)
