The Pollenosis (Allergic rhinitis)

Our body is not the same condition throughout the year. It is because each organ works accordingly to the different season. The way of appearing the illness or the symptom is different depending on each season. Spring is the season for the liver and the function is the most active in the year. Poisonous waste which could not be released that has been kept in the liver will now come out actively. In other words the body is trying to cure itself by emitting poisonous waste.

In Eastern medicine it is said that the liver has a nature of "tree" When the liver is in the process of being cured by working actively the "tree" is also playing a part; especially "cedar". "The Pollenosis (Allergic rhinitis)" which creates a stir every spring and is disliked is actually the discharge of poisonous waste of the liver. All symptoms by pollen such as congestion of eyes itchiness sneezing snivel and so on are the condition that poisonous waste kept in the body is being released. Thus our body keeps getting rid of poisonous waste at every opportunity preventing the illness from getting worsen. If you continue the "Zukan-Sokunetsu" (keep the upper half of the body cool the lower half of the body especially the feet warm to improve the function of the internal organs) the ability of the discharge of poisonous waste becomes stronger. Therefore your pollenosis may be severe along with emitting poisonous waste which could not get out up until now or on the contrary your pollenosis may be lightened than the last year along with discharging poisonous waste. However do not stop the symptoms coming out at any time. When there is nothing to come out (poisonous waste) these symptoms will disappear.
