Why shouldn’t we eat fruits?

Fruits grow during summer or in very hot regions, but nowadays we can get fruits all seasons because of green houses. Fruits help to make your body cool down. It’s OK to eat a little during summer, but if you eat fruits throughout the year, your body will stay cold which causes sickness. Follow the seasons, and eat foods from the natural cycle of the season.
