My doctor
said that I would need to take medication. What should
I do?
Hie-Tori is completely
opposite from Western medicine. If you want to follow
your doctor, it’s your choice. However, even if
you take medication, the negative effect from the medicine
would be reduced if you keep practicing Hie-Tori.

Why shouldn’t
we eat fruits?
Fruits grow during summer or
in very hot regions, but nowadays we can get fruits
all seasons because of green houses. Fruits help to
make your body cool down. It’s OK to eat a little
during summer, but if you eat fruits throughout the
year, your body will stay cold which causes sickness.
Follow the seasons, and eat foods from the natural cycle
of the season.

I’m skinny. I don’t want to
lose more weight.
You can’t gain weight
because your digestive organs are not working properly.
Even your weight lose after starting Hie-Tori,
if you continue practicing it, and your digestive organs
get better, you will gain weight later.

After starting Hie-Tori, I’m
having many symptoms. Is that OK to continue?
Congratulations! Now, your
body started working well. Your condition will get better
along with passing the “Mengen”.
In other words, your condition will not get better without
“Mengen”.

I feel cold on my feet after
starting Hie-Tori. I thought that it should
be warm. Why?
Your feet were too cold to
sense the “Coldness” before, now you start
feeling it. Wear more socks until you don’t feel
cold, and take a longer half-bath.
